I began my career learning the trade from my father, gaining hands-on experience by working on ships, managing administration, and overseeing strategic operations. Following his retirement, I have transitioned the company to be woman-owned. Alongside my husband, I continue to lead our team toward excellence.
Justin Reahard — Operations Officer
Beginning his career aboard vessels, Justin Reahard transitioned into operations where he now manages core company workflows and maintains vital client relationships.
